Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy
All orders are typically shipped within 2-3 days and arrive within the scheduled delivery offered by the carrier ex. Canada Post, UPS, DHL. All orders will have tracking information available based on request – Fees may apply.
All packages are guaranteed to arrive. If they do not, we will provide a replacement. In the case you have not received your order after 30 business days please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

We offer a 15 day return policy and will offer a full refund of the purchase price if you decide to return the item. Our policy lasts 15 days from the time of shipping. All products must be returned in their original condition, as the policy does not apply to products which have been opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by writing to us at the email given above. Returns are not accepted without a RMA number.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 business days.
